On October 5th, a crowd of people staged a "street takeover" in Randolph MA, and 17 people were charged. Footage from a police dash camera show the vehicle being swarmed and fireworks being fired off. Dan suggests a $10,000 bail, and require parents to show up. Most of those involved weren't from Randolph, and so have no ties to the community.
