Additional, he talked about the rapid growth of his venue/creative space, the CULXR House, and how it has become a space for all artistic expression such as hosting art battles, DJ battles, performances, political debate space, and everything in between, They are even expanding to include the building of a late night pizza shop in an area that has very little access to any foods.
