Chicago's Gun Violence and the Damage Done Taccara Swain was shot in the head on last Wednesday night around 8 o’clock outside her home near 110th and Normal. Every morning one can awake to the news of the latest victims of youth violence in Chicago, sometimes dropping by the half-dozen. Much of Chicago reminds me of Third World conditions, with angry clans running the streets. Remember that Chicago has overridden the Second Amendment in order to supposedly stop gun violence. On July 22nd there were seven separate shooting incidents within one hour of that day. How could things like this happen when Chicago banned guns? We have over 40 children that have been killed this year alone…what is the solution they offer? Tighter gun control. www.streetwisepundit.com
