He has worked with 100+ D1 players and 30+ Pros. His CSCS and CFSC certifications help give him a unique understanding of the human body and how to optimize performance.In this episode, he talks about power output and efficient training.He relates some of his experiences in kinesiology and how it helped him as a baseball coach.
