Strength Coach Experience Episode #18 John Connolly "Art, Soccer and fighting fires find out where the passion comes from"

In this episode we speak with John Connolly, we start with the beginning of his sports career, growing up playing many sports as a child which eventually led to playing soccer at the college and professional levels. We bring the lessons John learned from sports into his current profession as an artist, and a fire fighter in the Sacramento area. Through the trials he went through with soccer dealing with several injuries, he is able to push him self in his career today based on the lessons he leaned from those early experience with injury and uncertainty.
