My Journey started, when I was born prematurely with Cerebral Palsy, through those obstacles lead me to coach in college, and eventually in the minor leagues. How these  experiences, and a passion for the field of strength and conditioning have molded me into the person I am today, and now I am able to share my experience and the experiences of others with the world.
