This week on the One Year No Beer Podcast Jen welcomes Michelle Sabourin, one of the latest additions to the OYNB coaching team to the show.    They discuss Michelle’s background before she got into coaching and how her journey started by doing yoga after having her second child as a way to relax. After finding a real love for the practice, Michelle later went on to teach yoga and meditation. After some time, she realised that what she actually liked most was helping people holistically, so she decided to become a life coach.   Michelle speaks on the importance of self-care as a parent and how taking care of yourself is not a selfish act, at all. In fact, as you will hear, self-care will allow you to be a better person overall as well as a more effective parent.
