We encounter all kinds of obstacles and difficulties along the way when we decide to change, when we decide to do better and be better, when we decide to make a positive contribution. There will be times when we get tired, when we get discouraged, when we start to wonder if what we are trying to accomplish is possible. There may even be times when we wonder if what we are working towards is really even worth it. On our hard days and in our hard times, we must remember that we are not on our own. We have each other. And we have the Spirit of God living within and among us. This spirit gives us the strength and endurance to become the people we are called to be, and to finish the work we have been given to do. The Spirit gives us the strength to finish the job.I’m Horace McMillon.
