RESOLVE OverviewThe beginning of a new year often promotes with us various desires to start something new or change something old - really just to live our lives a little differently than before.But as 2019 begins- what would it look like to not just make, but also keep, meaningful resolutions this coming year? Moreover, how does faith shape and sustain these resolutions as we individually and collectively seek to follow Jesus.This January- across our English services, we’re going to be exploring what it means to look after your body, strengthen your mind, inspire your soul and deepen your relationships, things which we were all created to do.Week 2: Strengthen Your Mind Panel Panel/Katie BrownA strong mind is an incredible ally to us all when we’re both riding the wave of success or being swallowed by disappointment, confusion or challenging times. It helps us navigate our feelings, increases our knowledge and wisdom in how to respond to particular circumstances, and enables us to learn not just from our own experiences, but also from the experiences of others.In this second week of our Resolve series, we’re going to be hearing from others and consider for ourselves how we can best train and strengthen our mind, in order that we might be able to live and journey through life and all of its twists and turns.Want to strengthen your mind?
