Collaborative policy research programs can play a valuable role in building the long-term capacity of these institutions to generate the evidence needed for policymaking. In this seminar, panelists and discussants will draw on their experiences with collaborative research in institutional development programs, and explore the lessons learned for strengthening policy research and analysis capacity for food system transformation.
