In today’s message, we explored the idea of striving—not about perfection, but steadily moving toward your goal. Inspired by Philippians 3:12-14, we learned that striving requires self-awareness, discipline, and a deep commitment to overcoming obstacles. The Apostle Paul shows us that even though we might not have reached our ultimate destination, the journey itself is vital. Striving is about aligning your goals with God's purpose, not just personal ambition. To strive effectively, start with self-awareness — know where you are spiritually, like using a GPS to find your way. Avoid shortcuts, as they lead to shallow results. Discipline is key — stay focused, manage your time well, and align your goals with God’s will. Finally, commit to your unique calling, resist the distractions or opinions of others, and confidently trust that God will empower you to make an impact.
