Stroke 101 with Leah Forlenza, Stroke Coordinator at Ascension St. Joseph

As we turn our focus to Stroke Awareness Month, I am so excited to welcome, Leah Forlenza, Chest Pain & Stroke Coordinator at Ascension St. Joseph   Leah Forlenza has been a nurse working in the inner City of Milwaukee since graduating from Cardinal Stritch University in 1996. First on the floor then in the Emergency Departments at Aurora Sinai Medical Center and then at Ascension St. Joseph. Currently, she is the Chest Pain and Stroke Coordinator for Ascension St. Joseph.
