So guys go to work waiting for the work to provide value to them.  Men with this attitude tend to  operate in a victim mindset.  If something goes wrong at work, they feel like work treated them wrong.  Strong Dads look at work as something they can add value to.  They go to work thinking about how they can make work valuable rather than the other way around.  What a difference in mindset!The biggest way that we can put value into our work is to place a high value on the people and the relationships you encounter in the workplace.  When you work to respect and serve others at work you will begin to see an entirely different value in your work.  When you experience this you will find any job that you do, more rewarding.  In the show, "Dirty Jobs', hosted by Mike Rowe, Mike interviews people who take on some of the toughest and dirtiest jobs on earth.  The crazy thing about what he has come to discover is that the majority of these people appear to love their jobs; no matter how dirty!  But, when you dig a little deeper, you begin to see that these people find value in their jobs because they treat others with great value.
