Strong Dads - Why Jesus? Episode 141

Do you believe in God?  How about just a superior being?  Do you really not know what to believe?  Why is believing in Jesus so important?  These are many more were some of the questions that I had as I came through my understanding of who I was and who God is.  This is often not a one time learning experience where you hear it one time and you believe it.  For me, this has been and continues to be a journey.  But, I have found it to be a worthy journey.  One that produces lots of answers and yes, even more questions.  It is okay to question our faith.  God is not afraid of your questions.  He has the answers and He can't wait for you to dig deeper and search for those answers. You might ask, "why do I have to dig?"  Why doesn't he just come out and tell us so there is no guessing about it?  The digging is where the solidfication and stengthening take place.  When we do something we learning it at a much deeper level.  It sinks into our core of understanding.  Our faith is something we "do".
