His research compares the performance of six major organisations in Nigeria, including the National Agency for Food and Drugs Administration and Control and the Standards Organisation of Nigeria. This includes life and death research, learning how the country reduced the numbers of counterfeit medical drugs on the market, as well as investigating leadership, meritocracy and recruitment quotas in both public and private companies.
