This is the place where sports based in the lie, Dennis where Sammy Hill is going to be and joining me on the show. We have Nick Shelton and Spike. What up? Yes sir.
So people here too. I said people. I said people. You talk to me saying say is that Nick Shelton is fine.
I love that. And people. Yep. I think you said he'll be hopping on a little bit later as well.
But yeah man let's go ahead and jump right into it. We got a full docket tonight. So I saw about college football with four weeks left in the regular season. We are narrowing down to the final 12 teams that will qualify for the newly expanded college football bracket.
This weekend we have two big 12 matchups in the SEC. Number 11 Alabama going on the road to face number 14 LSU. And of course Georgia the second seeded Georgia second ranked Georgia traveling to the face. Number 16 Ole Miss which matchup is the most intriguing out of these people.
It don't matter to me man. You know I don't care about college football like that. I don't care about the dudes that's making it to the league bro. I don't care about none of that.
So the Alabama game is going to be a big one for me. That team at times looks like world beaters. And playing LSU team like LSU they can really make a statement. But like I said at times they look like world beaters at times they look like shrubs.
There's no telling what you go getting at Alabama. This could be a statement game and you're playing on the road. That's going to be huge to see. That Georgia Ole Miss game is going to be good too because I love the quarterback for Ole Miss.
He looks really good man. Throwing up all around making plays in this Georgia team. Same thing with them. They're Dr.
Jack with Mr. Hat because you got passing back throwing three interceptions and they still pull out a game because DJ got hurt last week. So both those teams got something to prove and those will be two really really good games that I'll be interested in seeing in that first game Georgia Ole Miss is at 3.30 and I think that Alabama game is in my game at 7.30. So I'll be the kids both but those will be exciting game.
Sorry. Kind of football rankings came out today and based off those LSU and Ole Miss both are the first four out. So for them to win this weekend will be ready to important. Georgia playing for a buy with the number two seed.
I got to go with the LSU game. I think that they have a better chance to win and again if they win they kind of pushed him back in the mix over a couple other teams that are right above them. So if I had to pick I would say the LSU game and the Georgia game I mean again they just play for a buy I think even if Georgia lose again they'll still be in there. So their games will be important but not as important as the teams fighting to get in and I think this is what's making it better with the 12 team playoff now.
Like still caring about stuff like this like you can do in a fail versus just 14. So I think this was great. What about your nerd? It's obviously a Bama versus LSU not only because that's my alma mater but also because if Bama loses brother the heaven to hail drop that Bama came into this season where they were thinking they was going from one great head coach to another and then to have a Vanderbilt loss on your record including a loss to Tennessee and if they lose LSU it's like that takes them out.
I don't think even Nick Saban can get them back in the race if they lose three games like that but I think that's the biggest game. I think LSU has a lot to play for. Obviously they can put themselves into the top 12 they win. I think the Ole Miss Georgia game is going to be interesting just because I think Ole Miss can put themselves in the conversation.
I don't think they'll get in but they'll put themselves in the conversation to be in the top 12. But I think the season is on line for Alabama and I think that's right. I'm glad it's a prime time game. If Ole Miss wouldn't get in anything without because they are the first four out right now.
So they're going to win against Georgia. You can see them here especially because Tennessee's in here right now they may jump them if they beat Georgia and Alabama's number 11. And they just need to break it. They just need to break it.
They just run. I just see it. Alright so right now if it started it would be Indiana versus Tennessee, Ohio State, Boise State, Texas, Alabama, Penn State, Notre Dame. I would love that Indiana Tennessee game.
I would be the one. I would be Indiana that good. Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, Bobby, Nick. I'm watching it.
I get it. I get it. I get it. Why you say that because Indiana is always good.
You say that just because it's Indiana but you ain't watching it. They're good. How many games in Indiana you watch, Lou? I watch two Indiana.
I watch two Indiana. I have. I have. That's why I'm going to do that.
That's why. Yeah. I'm sorry. I'm going to do that.
I got to see they schedule. I don't know. Let's see if I can put the bracket on the screen. But go ahead.
I just think this is such an add-on to college football. To be talking about the playoffs and this many teams in the first four year, first four year, I was like, this is where I came to spring the popularity even more than it has been. They haven't played anybody. They play Michigan this week.
And you can only play the teams on these games. Hey, man, what you want me to do back then? What you mean what I want to do? I don't need them to be right now.
I just need them to fall out. And not only the teams they played in the Dominate, that's the biggest thing. The games that I saw, they really well will. They have dominated, but they dominate in Charlotte, in Maryland, West Illinois, and by you.
They stay Nebraska. Those are the biggest. What do you want to do? What do you want to do?
What do you want to do? What do you want to do? I'm going to talk about Michigan State, period. No, where's Michigan?
Yeah. I'm just saying that the next two games, yes, they face Michigan at home and then they face outside on the road. Those are two games you got to watch. You know Michigan ain't shit this year.
But in Deannica, I feel like based off their schedule, if Indiana even has one or two losses, they're out of there. I agree with that. I agree with that. I'm just saying that they've been playing with.
That's the biggest thing. I'm not going to discount them because they play teams that haven't had great season. But what I've seen from them looks good. I bring it up because I'm not sure why I think they're here.
Miami was right on that list, right? They fought before VA. Yeah. So they were there for the rain leaving Miami.
I'm so excited. I'm about to say, yeah. Miami can't be. Excuse me, they threw BYU was for, which they shouldn't be.
I don't even believe in BYU. BYU, BYU, you're talking to me too. I ain't saying that once again, I'm not going to cap from hard. But I know that- They be Kansas State.
I'll say that. At least they got a ranked team that they beat. I'm like in the Indiana. I don't know BYU even qualified for that.
I thought you had to be in like big 12 in the conference. They beat 12. They're in the big 12. Yeah, they be playing Arizona.
Oh, I'm saying- They ain't me, nobody. That's a C. UCF. So these teams?
Yeah, I'm with Nick. Gandy, I'm out of here. I don't believe in BYU like that either. So I think they might got one coming on the way.
I don't think so. They scheduled. They scheduled. Cheeks, bro.
Like they got Utah, Kansas, Arizona State, and Houston. They ain't- So Kansas is there- Oh, yeah. Yeah, they should actually win out. They should win out.
Yeah. Yeah. Now it depends on who they face in the big 12 championship. In Colorado's there, that could be interesting.
Colorado is here. They said, they got to win out. I would lose. I would lose.
Yeah. I would. Yeah. Yeah.
You said somebody has to lose a game like that. I think somebody could lose a game. Because they have to go to the championship in order to qualify. They do because they don't have the record to get it by.
So they would have to make it to the championship in order to make it to the championship. I think I heard them say Kansas State had to lose or something like that. Yeah. Yeah.
So Kansas State and it was another team that was undefeated that lost. I think that's the technique. My camera remember who it was. So that opened the door for them.
So but both of those teams definitely Kansas State needs another ill because Kansas State beat Colorado. So Kansas State wins out and yeah they they just bowl eligible. Which they're both. Iowa State.
That's who it is. Iowa State because Kansas State has two conference losses. Yeah. They need two losses.
Yeah. Colorado. I would say to lose and it would have to be why. Yeah.
Yeah. You're right. You're right. You're right.
Because Colorado has two losses but they beat Colorado. So they have the top record. Yeah. So Colorado has Colorado only has one conference loss though.
So they that's what they can't lose anymore. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Uh, okay. Well. Um, that is it. Uh, Birdman, Kansas State is now house election leaning.
I'm sorry. He's ugly. Why are you going to get that? Don't even bring it up right now.
What? In the world of 12 college early. Be a hunter the way bro. Hey, shut up.
Shut up. We set that the clock's back and I ready that early. No more. Okay.
Get late quick boy. Get late quick. Uh, so um, look it's the blue wall man. I'm looking at if she loses Pennsylvania, you might as well turn the TV off.
Just going to go to bed. Yeah. Michigan always got any of those go man. Just just turning it for the night and right now it's looking good in Wisconsin at all.
Yeah. I'm going to say it's reported. So it's ways to go. But um, yeah, yeah.
All the way, uh, I think he'll lose this is if, uh, then Puerto Rican show up. And you a little revolt and they mad about him and all the women decide to get themselves free. But anyway, we're not going to talk about that. Um, we're pretty good to super chat because I'm here to not even look at this.
And y'all be asking questions. Uh, but let's go to the NFL. The Jets J E T S came out victorious against the Houston Texas last Thursday at home, winning 21 to 13. And CJ trial going through a sophomore slump.
Fellas and then I have another question after that. Well, I want to start off saying I did not create the title of the show. So I don't know why everybody to chat. They got to hang out.
See, they should. You could question. Okay. No, we don't have to question.
Okay. I didn't want to talk about it. They know, they know, they know who it is. They, they, they, they frame me.
I don't say you do it because I go snitch. I did it. I did it. I take claim to it.
I did it. I did it. I was always watching the VA. CJ for Ohio State.
You know what I'm saying? Maybe he was a little high state. They would have voted differently. But he didn't care right now.
But, uh, not, I, he is going, but I mean, the people keep it, but he is going to a sophomore slump. You know, it don't look the same. It don't look the same at all this year. I'm not, I tried to have a conversation earlier.
I got called a hater. I forgot the, I'm not going to forget it. I'll mention if I can't find his name on the Reddit there, but he's a Texas fan. And he, um, he's always posted, he was posting the Reddit thread.
Can't have he when they was, it was five and all five. It wasn't. He hasn't to post anything these days since they only won. They haven't been winning like they used to.
Um, but yeah, something's just off. I don't really know what it is. I feel like their defense is holding up their end. Maybe that game against Green Bay.
If, uh, Ryan's was a little bit more aggressive. They take, they steal that win and it looks a little bit different. But, uh, losing to the Jets on the road, granted it was a Thursday night. That's still, that's the bad loss.
They should have won that game. Like there was no reason. There's actually no reason why they lost that. I'm, I'm going to say, uh, the jury still out.
And the reason why I'll give him another chance at this is because they're six and three. They lost the game. Like you said, they had a chance to win the Green Bay game. The proper should have won the Green Bay game.
And, um, they also should have he, to be honest about it. From the way it looks at every opportunity to win that game. But he's playing without his wide receiver one and wide receiver number two. And he's still six in league and passing.
So what I'm seeing from him is a little bit of shaky start. But when you play without your top two guys man, it's hard for anybody to win. So I'm not going, uh, uh, too deep on him for what he's doing. He's kept him in these games.
And once again, the record is still, you know, pretty good for right now for what, for what he has to work with. So I don't think it's about the wins and losses. Obviously he has enough wins to say he's still a top tier quarterback. It don't look the same.
I agree with Nick in that regard. Is it a sophomore slump? Maybe the worst slump is to partial the word. Maybe we need to figure out what a different word is, but it don't look the same.
Um, it looks like the defenses have caught up. So could I do a green at your point? You know, when you don't have your two top targets, it makes it a little bit more difficult, but he's still in these games. Cause that's how special he is.
I think it's, it's one of these things where he just has to, he doesn't have enough experience to overcome what defenses are doing to him and to overcome losing wide receiver one and two, right? Like he's only in the second year, but he's still special. When you watch him, like I can still put him comfortably above, join in love. I can still put him comfortably above other people and kind of his class of his era.
So I'm not worried, but he is taken, it's not as clean as it was his rookie year. Let's just say that. Um, slump, maybe it's wrong. We're like people saying now that you guys are saying that, but it does look different.
I agree with Nick, agree with FIFO. I don't, I ain't going to give him any bail though for his targets. Man out here, he excelled last year when his top guys were out. That's what made him good.
He just read the ball around and I'm wondering if did kind of fix it that earlier in the year, he's just the first time he's had a number one like that. He's probably trying to get the body more, which I think has made him decline in some areas. Because again, the best thing about him last year was he spread the ball around to so many people. He had those unknown, he made take the almost household name on the offense.
But I think he can break out of it. I still think he's good. I still think he's top tier of the quarterbacks in his league. I agree with FIFO there.
So I don't think it's a slump. It does look really different from how it looked last year and that goes to say what they always say. Once they get the tape on you, it's going to be a lot different on how you look. They got the tape.
They got 12, 16, 18 games happening in the games of footage on him. So there are some adjustments that are going to need to be made on his end to make that leap to the next level, but he hasn't. He's stagnant right now. What do you think you?
I mean, I thought you're from the beginning of the season. I wouldn't be shocked if the Texans were dressed. I mean, they're 6-3 for sure. But stylistically, and of course, from a result standpoint, at the end of the season, we could be talking about them making a deeper running last year.
So it's still a jury to the jury sell out like Sean said. But right now, it's just stylistically doesn't look the same. Value-wise doesn't look the same. But he can break out of it, but he's slumping right now.
So still a TBD on that, but he's slumping for sure. We over here, okay. I'm trying to be mild-mannered, but they all play in defense right now. He's in a slump.
Even if you look at that Jets game, he was missing throws that they were easy throws that you should be making. And I said this in a chat, he seems like he's trying to make a big play and not taking the shit that's given to him. Like, even again, there was a bootleg action pass, I think, where he had taken Dailie just overthrew him. And again, the Jets have not scored over 25 points all season.
I think they're the only team that has scored over 25 points this whole season. So they could they could have they were in the game the whole time. I'm not sure why they didn't lean into the run game because Joe mixed. I mean, I'm watching the text a lot because I have Joe mixed on my fantasy team.
Joe mixed in his eating this year. He's easily the top of the back. It's their canary sequan and Joe mixed those are the best three backs in the league right now. And they just they just who know they've been gummy better than Joe.
They were gummy splitters. He can't even know who the better back between him and your gear. It's David Montgomery. That's that's we better back here is right now just one of the football.
People are saying, well, I don't really consider that because you can't switch your time with somebody. You be the best in the league. And on top of that, the Lions have the best overline arguably in the league outside of Philly, which goes to my other point. People are bringing up the offensive line issues.
They've had a lot of injuries. So I'll give you some I'll give you some bail with that. However, again, we even when they had digs and when they had Nico, they weren't really beating up teams like that, like they're winning their winning margin is like a field goal, maybe less than six, like less than six points. It's not like they're a juggernaut.
I'm only saying it's not to say like, Oh, they're not going to win a division. Of course, they're going to division is cheeks. That's the reason why they say three. They played the Colts twice.
They played the Jags twice. They play the Titans twice. So it's like they're going to win the division. They're going to get six wins off of that.
But as far as like, everybody's some people pick them as a Super Bowl favorite. Some people had them at least in to the AFC Championship game. I don't know if that's the case with the way they've been playing and with, you know, digs is already else. You can't count him.
Nico's supposed to come back in the next couple of weeks. So we'll maybe see a thing change, but I don't know what's going on with CJ. I do still believe he's a top five quarterback in this league or top eight, at least it's just this is the slump that we see. And I don't see them.
I don't really like it. Like, are you, do you think the Texans are better than the Bills, Raven's Chiefs, or even, um, no, is there like, like, they're going to compete three, but they might be the bills. They need to be the bills. Any.
Yeah, for sure. They might be the bills before they got a Mario Cooper and John Allen was in custody. Yeah, they don't matter. And also, Nico, when Nico went down, he's the number one receiver in yards in the league, you can't lose the guy like just just him losing just him changes the way you played again.
Yeah, you're going to overthrow somebody's guys because you're not used to working, you certain routes with those guys, you got to take that into consideration too. If you lose your one in one a you're going to have a slump. There's no way around. He just lost them.
Not too long ago. That's what I was when I was having that when I brought up the Texans and I wanted to have a conversation, I pulled, I looked at the research. I looked at stats when they was playing playoff teams, bro, CJ was not playing with because miss what three games now? I will say two.
I think it's been three. No, I don't think it's been three games, but they beat the Steelers who will play off team. They've beaten the Rams who may be a playoff team. They got the basket by the Vikings.
They beat the Jaguars. They beat the Bills where I play off team. They barely lost to the Packers. I mean, we're talking about them getting at least they don't play anybody.
They play the Cowboys. They play the Titans. They play the Jaguars, the Dolphins. They got a game against the Chiefs and then they close with the Ravens.
They close with the Titans. So we're still talking about them winning at least 10 games. I'm not saying they're not going to be there. A top four seed in the AFC point like that's where we all can agree on.
They're going to get to the playoffs again. This is this is the season about progression with Texas because he showed out last year as we're here. So now him, him making the playoffs ain't surprised as them. They're a prerequisite like we're expecting him to make the playoffs.
So him making the playoffs ain't saying shit. And so moving forward, we're going to see who can he take off the board one of the big dogs. If we can all agree that the Bills, Ravens and Chiefs are better teams now than they were either when they face them or when he's about to face them coming up, then they're going to be second round. I say that's not the wrong with that.
It's a big game for them Sunday night. They play the likes. So we'll see a lot Sunday and we can we can we agree as a whole panel, right? That the Texans are good enough to be any team any given Sunday.
Absolutely. Any you can say about any of our players. The Raiders beat the Ravens. The Browns beat the Ravens.
What I'm talking about, Nick is when we're talking to play off football, we're talking about the pressures at its highest and you have to have a good game. I put I put Stock in CJ Shout out to have a good game. You know what I'm saying? So that's what I'm saying?
Like they're one of their one of the teams at the bottom of the elite. And what I'm saying is, yeah, the Raiders could win a fucking random game or whatever like that. But we know they're not a playoff team. We know that the Texans, I'm not going to say they're Super Bowl contenders, but in the playoffs, they could damn near be anybody that they're going to be matched up against.
So so they're still viable. And he's in his second year. Like I said, he doesn't have enough experience to draw on to overcome the things that he's going through right now. It's only a second year.
He had damn near a cakewalk. We could say damn near a cakewalk. I understand the quarterback position, the hardest position in all of sports and all of that. Right.
But the way he made it look last season, he made it look easy. This season, yeah, it's a little bit tougher. Defenses have adjusted. He's dealing with injuries on the offensive side of the ball.
But when rubber meets the road, you can put you can say that he can beat them near any team. Are they are they? How much who are you picking between the Texans and the Lions? This will come in the sun.
I'm picking the Lions, but that's the best team. Okay. But but again, in the A.S. exactly.
That's exactly what I was about to say. I would be surprised if they won. They're they are right there. Yeah, they're welcome.
I'll be shocked that they won with the way with the way to roster is right now and how he's playing against playoff teams. I would be sorry because he's that good. Look, look, look, we're talking about upper echelon quarterback, upper echelon quarterbacks, get hot upper echelon quarterbacks for whatever reason sometimes they may have a match that they could exploit all game. I'm not saying that that's what's going to happen against the Lions.
But what I'm saying is I wouldn't be surprised. I would be surprised if CJ goes for 400 yards against any team with the injury. I would be shocked if he exactly if he balls out against the Lions, I'll be shocked. That's what I'm back in the league struggles without his guys, bro.
So, you know, why I'm just 12th of the league in Russian. They've heard right. They've heard it. They've heard it's 20 second.
No, he's like, I'm like, I'm mixing this a couple games. So that's why he's still mixing. Yeah, he's still that's still on matter. No, it does not.
I'm agreeing with you. I'm agreeing with you. I'm saying it don't matter his way. He's ranking this game.
But he put him in third, too. No, I'm putting him in third. I don't think he put it. He got Jordan Mason in third.
Which you got to have a super hug. Well, Nick, now the dog got the football shit out the way I'm going to tell you all was really happening. CJ Strauss started feeling himself. That's what happened.
He's talking all kind of shit in the off season. And he's not my part of the game. He's not my part of the game. He just play quarterback.
It's the same thing. The same thing. The same thing, bro. Just five cats is doing.
Yeah, I would be on the park. I think football is more so like you can tell the like, trademark and go do this at the game. It don't mean like even but dream out it's like 10 plus year veteran. You know, I like and roommates, and roommates, five kids with Jaylen Brunson and I heard it cute.
We're saying and Brunson and them like they can do it. It's easier to do a podcast when you play basketball versus football. Why do you think that because like both of America gonna be like, oh shit, that's about was on the night. Okay, cool.
Right. Thank you. Well, people probably watching the podcast in this fight. So you're gonna get a big not just like it's more on a night to night basis.
Of course, you have to prepare for teams. It's the NBA. I know but they rely a lot more on physical ability than they do study. If I see somebody like Michael Parsons sitting in the studio every week doing a podcast and we all know what it takes to do the amount of podcasts that we do.
I don't know what it takes to be in the NFL, but I would assume you need a lot more time that he's allocating to it. That's true. In the podcast, ain't helping. We see the crowd like there is no successful NFL podcast.
Even look at Kelsey. Yeah. That's the other thing. He's attacking folks.
Hey, what counts it on the camera? Since we started the podcast, they killed a lot of the news. I'll say this. I'll say this with like veterans.
I feel like veterans, once you get really good at like your crafts, I think you can kind of not necessarily coast, but there's a level of onboarding with your sport that you don't need when you're like a second year guy, third year guy, when you're sub five years in the league, you know, you've got to kind of put that work in it. Like you have guys like grandma who've been in the league, I think what 12, 13 years now, you got the Kelsey brothers who one is retired, the other one is what 10 years plus in the league. And he has crazy chemistry, super bowls back to back with you know, Patrick Holmes. But when you're a young guy, like CJ Stroud, you're a young guy, like Tyree's Halliburton, you're a young guy, like Michael Parsons, I think it does show when you're in your game, when you put in out episodes every week, you're prepping, you're getting guessed, like, so are you, are you just winging it on your podcast?
Or are you just kind of winging it on the field and on the core? Because either way you have 50, you're putting 50% somewhere. And it's taking away your time from actually understanding what you need to do. I think that it's less detrimental to basketball players because what Dremont said on his podcast, he said 85% of these guys don't actually love the game of basketball for real.
And as a quarterback and as a person who like Michael is one of the most important players on your team, you can't afford to be even 85% into the game. You got to be 110% into really effective the game when you're at that pivotal level position. Well, right now I don't know like it will make much of a difference if he was 100% that's what I was gonna say. That's what I was gonna say.
Mike ain't doing it right now. No, it's really bad. And he had a couple of his he might double it up. But what about the Jets, man, they were the other part of this.
Did this help them get back into playoff race at all? Musselwind. Musselwind. I was surprised that they won.
I believe I picked the Texas win this game. But I was a little surprised that they won. But it was a muscle. If they want to salvage their playoff hopes, they're in the playoffs right now.
They're in the game from here on out is a muscle in game for that, especially their division game. So, yes, this is it feels like this was a savior to their season. Because again, everything's a muscle from here on out. Yeah, they can't afford to lose another game, which I don't think they're bad.
This game to me, they didn't look that great. They still don't look right. I mean, you won the game and kudos for that. I don't, you know, don't take away from winning, but you're three and six, you're four games out of first place, you're division.
It's gonna be up here a climb no matter how you look at it. But the offense still ain't clicking. The defense still doesn't look that same like that same defense. It's just gonna be too much work for them to get out of this hole.
And I don't think that they have the soldiers to do so. All right. That sucks, man. They're not gonna win.
Yeah, they're gonna play out right now. Like I said, they're not going to win. Like we mean, it's like the mean with the crimping the blue and flag, we mean, so we shake hands and both the inner rod and stuff. We said that before we got hurt, I said after he got hurt, I knew this was going to happen.
I mean, the obvious, really obvious. The Cowboys, the Cowboys are the jets who better. The jets, situation, everything that I say about who's in a better situation. Yeah.
Like right now, with the jets, it has to be the jets. I mean, yes, just that's not saying much, but it has to be the jet. Yeah. Yeah.
I mean, I can agree with that. However, I want to be surprised to back up. Yeah. Yes.
I'm surprised that Cooper is win three games and everybody's game with three games in a row. Yeah. I'm going to finish you. We seen the bingles a couple years ago.
No, no, I'm just not going to shine. I'm just saying. I know we went as far as to do this game to stay away from, but really quickly, Cooper Russian even playing. It should be trilates.
And they wasted a four-round pick on him. There's nothing that they're going to be able to do with him. They can't resign if they're going to have to let him go in this second final trade point. And they should be trying to try value up in this.
Let him play. He's a cool question. Be enough. Drake, I'm starting for ICDC dollars.
Nick, you're a little bit. Yeah. I don't know why you brought up Trey Lance, bro. You might as well get Trey songs.
I'm going to say he's Trey songs. We're like, they're going to start me on it. He got to leave. I'm telling the people.
Wait, what you got to do? I was just going to say, don't count on Mr. Rogers. You know, say it like that.
That's the next thing that you know, bro. Oh, we can touch the tell everybody's time the touch down to Gary was about that game. But to me, it was a connection with him and Adams on that last study. Hey, we had to go and come back.
That was wrong coverage. That was blown coverage. That should be easy for anybody. I'm talking.
I'm just saying once. I can see it. If Rogers and Adams get that. They got to easy skills going off the rest of the way.
It's one thing to talk about, you know what I'm saying? Whether Jets are red, but the entire organization, man, just doesn't give any room for there's no room for error here. And if you're telling them, just not making errors, it's just not. I don't see that.
It's like damn, they're virtually zero. They play the Cardinals next who look good. Oh, the coach. You know, Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, he trying to sell us on Mr.
Rogers's neighborhood, but he's not telling us that the fucking neighborhood is an O-block. That's your O-block. Yeah, it's O-boy. It's still like O-block.
You sound like my mom's not teaching about O-block. It's great. Not at y'all saying that. Yeah, you rock F-O-B-E-Cob boys have a good future, because they have that.
At least, Eric Rogers got one more. The Jets don't know who will be the equivalent of that next year. At least the Cowboys have a better situation for this season right now. Oh, this is more stock.
Yeah, I will put more stock into the Jets going further than the Cowboys, because just look at the one on the right. Anyway, buddy, like those two pitos. Nah, just before games are the first. Yeah, like the Cowboys, bro, look, the commanders are going to win that division.
The commanders are going to win that division. When I didn't know they're going to lose him at the second half of the season. Yeah, yeah. You only say that because of Cliff Kingsbury.
No, I'm saying that because everybody, every quarterback is going to hit that freshman wall. He ain't even used to playing this many games. He's balled out the first part of the season, and he's good, but it's inevitable that he's going to struggle the second half of the season. And they're going to lose some games.
He's not like a hitter. He's not like a leader. He's not like a leader. He's not like a leader.
They got some good games down the street. They got some good games down the street. This is an easy first half of the schedule. Yeah, they're going to lose some games the second half of the season.
Yeah, they got some good balances this first half to win a couple of these games. But it ain't going to be no easier for me. You got Pittsburgh. You got Philly.
Then Dallas, whatever. We'll see. We'll see. We ain't, I know we gotta move on.
We don't know how good Pittsburgh is. Let's keep it up being. Oh, it's not working. Oh, fuck you know.
Russ. Russ. Hold on. Russ.
Again, I'm just trying to bring reason. Russ Cooks on who's the last two. He's just the one. I'm a one.
I'm a one. It's been a game as they were. I just, I didn't ask. I didn't ask.
What's the two teams that Russ Cook on? We talked about both New York teams, the Jets and the Giants. They got something about it. They're saying if you want to, if you want to shit on the teams that the commanders won against the teams that the team is won against when they got coming up next.
I think it's believing in the defense, believing the coach. Yeah, right. Obviously we've seen the Steelers do this year after year. The commanders, this is the first time they won seven games in 30 years.
I'm leaning towards the Pittsburgh. That's insane. For sure. Did the Cowboys really trade with John DeMingo?
Was that real? They did. Yeah, they did. Unfortunately.
I got to check on Jerry. I think it's all time. I'm proud of Jerry. I got him.
Shout out to Pamela. Good. When I just saw this, she made history. Will be the first black woman on the Kentucky Supreme Court.
That's the only black woman we're going to be talking about today. Thank you. That's a good one. God.
Yeah, come over. No, that's your home. Belted ass. This is crazy.
Bible belt ass. No, I'm about to ask. Let me get this. Yeah, I'm jumping the gun.
And I ain't no coming to go. They're going to be going to be in my face. Yeah. I can't play with him.
I can't play with him. I'm going to play with him. Good boy. That's about the New York Times.
Everybody like, yeah, 80% chance he getting it. That's like, OK. Shit. Oh, OK.
Houston is only one game in the last three matches. They played lines on Sunday night football. Let's jump into West Nets. The Los Angeles Rams won a close game and over time against the Seattle Seahawks in Seattle.
26 to 20. It's not for the most underrated QB in the NFL. And then I got a question about Seattle Nets. He've underrated his whole career, man.
I think Matthew Stafford's been under his whole career. I said last week that the reason why he's been underrated for the first couple of years of his career is he had Megatron. And a lot of people think, well, you got this big, like, Greek god, I don't know why I received it. Of course, anybody can throw for $300 a game.
But once Megatron started to get older, go with the Rams, I think people are really understanding the technical proficiency of Matthew Stafford, the toughness of Matthew Stafford, the last couple of years in Detroit, people really saw it on National Stage more. Yeah, man, it's just a testament to how good he is when a lot of young QBs cite him as being their inspiration. People don't really talk much about Brady and only talk much about Rogers in terms of film study. It's always guys like Stafford that they talk about.
Yo, he's the prototype. And I think that you see that. His last couple of years in LA, regardless of the records, you can't really say that when he's healthy. He's in town wise.
He's always going to be in that top three to top five discussion. Town wise, just straight town. Yeah, we talk about town and he's good. But when we look at what he's done this year, and I hear that a lot this year, I've read years and I'm like, I hadn't seen it.
I watched a couple of these games in 4 and 4. He has what, $1,900, 9,000, 10,000, 6,000 in a section. It's nothing to write home about. I mean, he's decent.
And I understand the fact that same thing that every other quarterback is going through, he's been without his top guys for the full season. But it's still not like he's done nothing for me just to jump over the moon about. You know, I'm just a seasonal from a career standpoint. Yeah, that's what I was going to ask.
You talking about this year? I'm asking you, basically, your answer. I'm talking about this year. She won't think he's so great for us.
I mean, you know, I don't. I mean, I think he's got a lot of props. He's always got real. They used to call him, but what was it?
Matthew Pafford. Yeah. Yeah. Pafford says that in Detroit, he didn't get props for real for real.
He didn't get props for real for real. When he got to the Rams, he got the props. He didn't get props for real. That was less than four years ago.
His career, his 10th-year career was in Detroit. He didn't do shit. And he was like, what is he without Megatron? That's what they were saying.
