As most of us do in our 30's I feel pretty indestructible. I'm fit and healthy, I exercise like a beast and eat well... So does Amy Wells. But at 35, one of those workouts she does to keep herself in good health happened to tear a vertebral artery which in turn lead Amy suffering a stroke. Within no time she had lost her balance and her ability to walk. Well... That's one hell of a reality hit hey!
