Structuring Pediatric Practice Partnerships, with Dr. Colin Boswell

Dr. Colin Boswell is a pediatric dentist practicing out of New Hampshire. He has a unique experience as a practice owner and shares some insight on his journey. Dr. Boswell bought an established practice, and ended up later partnering and merging with a former co-resident who had started a nearby scratch-start pedo office. The combination was highly successful and the two offices have grown synergistically.  Dr. Boswell discusses his journey and talks about the importance of finding the right partner to go into business with. We also review the benefits of partnerships in pediatric dentistry, and why it may be a better choice for some clinicians over a corporate or sole-practitioner route.
