Struggling at work? Do it for the Lord (Colossians 3:17)

If you're dreading work, frustrated with a coworker, or feeling that friction with family or friends, this one's for you. Today I'm sitting with Colossians 3:17 and what it looks like to do our work, our tasks, and even the hard conversations as if for the Lord. Before we can change our circumstances, sometimes God wants to show us what's shifting in us. I share a simple practice: pause to pray before you start your work or task, asking God for direction and a right heart, not just to get through the day but to do it for Him.
