'Struggling with attention deficit disorder' listener question

Have you experience in working with people who have been diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder. I’m looking for some support. I am a student of non duality for over 10 years. I’m struggling to deal with the nuts and bolts of life with this condition. I was diagnosed six years ago when I was 54 years old after having read Gabor Mates book.
