over the past few weeks, i've struggled with insecurity and comparison to a degree at which i haven't seen myself struggle before. so in today's episode i reflect on how i've dealt with comparison in the past and what i can do now to set myself up back on the path of growth. i hope that this episode provides some support to anyone struggling with this issue as well. love, nandini
