So, here is a very raw episode where I share how I'm feeling and what is helping me get out of a flare of depression and anxiety. I also lead us through a meditation where we can pray and process how God looks at us in the midst of our depression and anxiety. What is He telling you? Tip #3: Tell someone and seek accountability to get out of depressive behaviors Closing tips...Write Scripture that fights the negative thoughts and put it up all around your room, car, kitchen, etc where you'll see it Do just ONE thing today that will make it 1% better. Just one thing. It can be calling a friend, lighting a candle, etc. If you don't have someone safe to reach out to, I would love to be that person for you!
