DOUBTS ARE NO EASY BUSINESS... LISTEN TO THE PODCAST I had to find a way how to deal with them, so that I can move forward. In this episode, I will give you a few hints and ideas and hopefully there will be one that inspires you and helps you to deal with doubt. A little outtake: "When doubt arrives, I have that feeling of wanting to pick up the flamethrower and chase it away. But it does not work that way. It needs a bit more - time. The time it takes to take the walk and do the inner talk. That's exactly what I do. Always. I walk. I think. I look around. This combination takes me out of my pure chattering doubtful mind. It reminds me that there is a world out there and that my doubts are not the end of the world, even if it feels like it.During the walk, I analyze where doubt is coming from. In my case, I saw a pattern of several possible sources:A) Is this doubt coming from facts and figures?B) Are there insecure outside circumstances (an unexpected pandemic, for example, can lead to doubtful times)?C) Am I doing my rituals to be grounded and strong?D) Did I have enough sleep last night?E) Am I comparing myself with others?Let’s look at them a bit more closely." ENJOY this episode! I know times are strange and not easy for all of us. Wherever you are and live, I hope you are doing okay and more important, that you are healthy. Stay safe! annA  New Landing Page for my MEMBER'S CLUB will be online this week The Member's Club CHECK IT OUT Episode notes: Episode notes coming when I have more power/electricity...  Thank you so much for being here, I appreciate this a lot.
