Have you ever been frustrated with yourself for "falling off the wagon" after only a few weeks of a diet? The first several days of a diet seem to go so smoothly - you may even start to lose some weight! But for whatever reason, just a handful of weeks in, cravings start to pile up, and it becomes exponentially harder to "stay the course" with your diet. The reason many people seem to experience this yo-yo effect within dieting is because of the fixation on over-constriction of the diet.
