Sydney is open! We last spoke to Stuart Knox, owner of Fix Wine Bar, on June 24 just as Sydney was going into a two-week lockdown. Fifteen weeks later, that lockdown is ending. Stuart is excited to be reopening though unsure how much city trade there will be.
