Stuck in Discouragement

This week's study is in Acts 18:1-17.  Do you ever get discouraged? I mean rrreaalllly discouraged? What do you do to pull out of it? I've found sometimes it's incredibly difficult to get out of a discouraged state. Our ancient brothers & sisters in Christ were no different than us in this way. They faced times of discouragement as bad or worse than we do. So what has God done to pull us out of discouragement and renew our courage?
