Stuck in the Middle with Sandra and Charlie – Episode 5 – Gen X and Grief: Navigating Loss and Legacy In this episode, Sandra and I welcome Sandra's cousin, Jeanette De La Rosa, to discuss loss, and specifically, losing a parent. We discuss the impact that it’s had on our lives, the mourning process, what we wish we knew then, and how we celebrate them and keep their legacy alive.
