"Did God really say....?" It's one of the most dangerous questions in the world. Just ask Adam and Eve. But it's just as dangerous to assume He said something that He didn't. This summer we're going to look at four things that a lot of people assume Jesus said, or at least implied. We'll open the Bible to see if He said it and how that impacts the way we live today.This week we're tackling one of the most common phrases repeated by Christians that isn't found in the Bible-- "Let Go and Let God." Did Jesus really tell us to take our hands off the wheel and let him drive? Is the Christian life meant to be like white knuckling it through heavy fog on a windy road or more like taking it easy in a self-driving car? One of Jesus's most famous parables has a surprising answer for us.
