今天節目很高興邀請伸港鄉樂齡中心志工蘇桂森，聊聊她擔任志工的故事，桂森原本是紡織廠女工，結婚後就在家中當全職家庭主婦，今天她要以過來人經驗，分享樂齡生活。 退休前在內政部國土測繪中心工作近四十年的宗雲，退休後因為離開了朝九晚五的規律的生活，無法融入人群而有些憂鬱，他靠著到溪頭運動爬山以及到樂齡中心擔任志工讓自己走出來，他的心願就是把自己健康照顧好，讓子女無後顧之憂，一起來聽聽他們的故事
