Bangers are gonna bang. What to do about it? You can try to out-bang the banger. That is an option sure. But is it the best option for you? Another option is to use your best weapon against the banger: the out of bounds directly behind you. Let some of the bangers' balls go and see what happens. You have agency over what you do on the court. And letting balls go is part of that agency. In this episode we discuss the rationale for letting balls go and give you some suggestions for doing so. In the riff, I share with you another challenge. This challenge is the "fix your body" challenge. Might be your elbow. Or your shoulder. Or knee. Whatever it is. Get your body well so you can play.
