Subject to Sale Deals

On this episode Im talking about the idea of selling your home with a condition known as "subject to sale" These terms are normal in a real estate transaction, but they have been far and few in the last 24 months as real estate transactions have had seller "leverage" which limits our ability to put conditions in our contracts that favour of the buyers. Times are changing in the real estate market and this condition will get more use in the upcoming months.
