A Manager is a very important position in any business and the person who fulfils that position has a lot of responsibility. A Manager doesn’t just manage the business which is a massive task on it’s own but the Manager also manages the staff. Staff generally don’t like Managers because Managers keep them inline and force them to do what they were originally hired to do.
