Be uncomfortable on purpose. The emotions which costs us are dreams are usually: Confusion Doubt Self Pity Fear Why? Because this emotions/feelings lead to inaction instead of fueling massive action. Topics Discussed: Questions to ask yourself Why do I want to achieve this goal? Why will I do it no matter what? Who will I be accountable to? Notice the feelings/emotions coming up for you List all the actions you'll need to take to achieve the goal. Then ask yourself what will I need to think in order to feel committted, excited, empowered, disciplined and/or willing? Create strategies for the obstacles.
