Success Doesn't Have to Look Loud

In this vulnerable episode, I share a moment I’m not proud of ~ a quiet judgement I made about someone else that caught me off guard. But instead of pushing it away, I looked at it closely… and realised it had nothing to do with them, and everything to do with a fear I hadn’t fully healed in myself. With a focus on social media, in this episode I chat about the pressure we feel as a society to prove to others that we are 'happy' or 'successful,' or looking and feeling good. However what I've learned, is that success doesn't have to look loud. When I felt into this ~ the need to prove to others how 'well' I was doing melted away. It allowed me to breathe, the pressure melted away and I started becoming  enjoying my life a lot more! This episode is also for anyone who’s ever felt irrelevant, behind, or like their best achievements are already behind them.
