Success Made to Last with Diane Paddison founder of 4wordwomen
from Success Made to Last Legends · host Success Made to Last
Success Made to Last with Diane Paddison founder of 4wordwomen.org, setting the vision scape for 2021. This show will focus on : With over 600 mentees graduating from the 4word 10 week mentor program to date, what is the game changer for the mentee? prayer and Holy Spirit inspired decision making. Besides prayer, what else makes the difference? commitment, perseverance, and courage/confidence. Her mentor helped her pivot their business in 2016 to the fellows program, a multi-level marketing distribution model away from boutique distribution. You’ll hear her mention “fellows program” in the video. Sseko Designs wouldn’t have survived the pandemic without this move. In addition, I have an amazing sequel to the story that Liz shared with 4word’s NYC Community Group in May and with our 4word C-Level women in September at our 3rd annual C-Level Forum. The third game changer is a mentee expressing gratitude/appreciation. Example: This is what mentee, Brooke, wrote and sent to her mentor, Lauren, along with a bouquet of flowers - “Dear Lauren, Thank you for being such a wonderful mentor to me this summer. I now understand how divine providence facilitated our pairing. I cannot put into words the extent to which your thoughtfulness, guidance, and wisdom will play an important role in my life in this coming year. I am determined to take action in more ways than one and truly feel in my spirit that God was working through you with me.” Brooke This relationship doesn’t typically end at the end of 10 weeks.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/success-made-to-last-legends--4302039/support.
