James is a true unsung hero. His team responds to plumbing and heating emergencies often in the dead of winter, and they go above and beyond by offering their services free of charge to those who can't afford it. But that's not all. James also extends his kindness by providing essential food bank and food delivery services, ensuring that no one goes to bed hungry.
