My guest today is Katrina Taee. Katrina is a Senior Accredited Grief counsellor, an end of Life Doula and co-author of best seller Surviving the Tsunami of Grief.  Life throws us many curve balls and one that catches us out is Bereavement. Bereavement and grief comes to all of us at some stage in our lives, for some it can become the thing that defines them, sometimes crippling them from moving on with their lives.  For others, that grief is always there in the background, rising to the surface on days like birthdays, wedding anniversaries and the anniversary of their dear ones passing.
