With all foods being permissible, you can enjoy a "just-right-sized" portion of rare edible finds such as jambalaya in Louisiana, or chicken-fried steak and gravy in Texas, Boston cream pie, bagel with cream cheese and lox, Chicago-style deep-dish pizza, etc. It doesn't take much of these wonderful flavors and textures to satisfy us on our Thin Within journeys.But, best of all, there are strategies we can take with us that remind us that the joy of travel isn't found in making it a roving food fest!
