Success Tips From Serial Entrepreneur Cliff Cole of More Floods Inc.

from Talking Business Now · host Kelly Scanlon & C-Suite Radio

Serial entrepreneur Cliff Cole joins Smart Companies Thinking Bigger host Kelly Scanlon to share the lessons he's learned three decads of business ownership. Cole, currently the owner of More Floods Inc., got started in the cleaning and restoration industry as a technician in 1987, Within a year, he was promoted to manager of the Omaha office of a national company. Feeling the entrepreneurial bug, he started his own cleaning and restoration business soon after, as well as a supply house for other contractors.  Cole eventually sold the cleaning business so he could focus on the supply business. He opened a second location in Kansas City, where he currently resides.  After selling the supply business to a national company, Cole stayed on as a regional manager of multiple locations.  Cole then started another cleaning and restoration business in Kansas City. It experienced fast growth, and Cole sold it after three years. At that point, Cole decided to take what he had learned and use it to help restoration companies all over the country take their businesses to the next level.  He started a company called More Floods, which is a franchise-type system of operations and marketing. He currently sells protected territories and has more than 150 territories across the country. With all of the success of his past companies, Cliff feels there is no greater feeling of success than helping another company reach their goals.  Learn more about your ad choices.
