SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS MANAGEMENT: DANIEL GOOD | The Top Contractor Podcast - EP 4

Daniel had to tear down his business and rebuild it from the ground up, as it was operating with an old-school iron fist mentality. He had to get rid of the stuff, the people, and the leadership, and create new standards and expectations. Daniel also joined Top Contractor School (TCS) and learned how to fix himself. He shares how the organization has helped him to have meaningful relationships and to push away relationships that weren't aligned with his vision and goals.
