Communication is key: Some tips. 1. Establish an agenda. What is your objective? Know your purpose upfront and let others know. 2. Know your Audience. Who are you speaking to? What are their needs? How will they benefit from what you will say? 3. Go straight to the point. Cut out unnecessary details. 4. Keep emotions in check. Don’t bring in your emotional baggage into the meeting. 5.
