73rd Amendment Act - Panchayati Raj Amit Shukla Empower Panchayat is an organization committed to promoting the decentralization of power and amplifying the voices of local governments, such as Gram Panchayats and Urban Local Bodies (ULBs). Our mission is to empower these third-tier governments by raising voices for the allocation of resources, support, advocacy, and elimination of administrative complexities for the proper enforcement of rights and exercise of powers provided in the 73rd and 74th Constitutional Amendment Acts, and other related articles and amendments they need to effectively serve their communities. Through our work, we aim to promote transparency, accountability, and participatory decision-making at the grassroots level.
