Since 2016 he has been a limited partner in over 4,000 apartment units throughout the Midwest and multiple industrial park complexes in the eastern US.In 2013, Scott and his wife Denise founded a 501c3 non-profit charity called the SON Foundation. It serves as a home-away-from-home for cancer patients and their caregivers while in Indianapolis for treatments. Guests are not charged to stay at the SON House; to date, the SON Foundation has provided over 6,000 nights of lodging for its guests.  Scott lives in Indianapolis with his wife and son.
