In the latest episode of the Empowerography Podcast, my guest is Sue West. I have been a nurse for over 33 years, most of which I have been in the labor and delivery room and also taking care of new moms and babies. About five years ago I made the switch over to work in a surgery center, helping people prepare for their outpatient surgeries. After I was furloughed by the current pandemic, I began to question if what I was doing was really my life‘s calling. A close friend of mine had talked about becoming a health coach so I researched the school that she was going to and signed up in May 2020. I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition this past May as an integrative health coach and absolutely love what  I do!! I have always been interested in optimal wellness and health and this is the perfect avenue for me to help others learn how to live their best lives as well! I especially love teaching people about how to switch out some of the not so healthy things in their lives for more healthy ones. I am a mom, to two teenage boys, aged 18 and 14 1/2. I am engaged to an amazing man who has always lifted me up and supported me. I am close with my family; my mom and my dad and my two siblings. I enjoy going to the beach and especially searching for Seaglass there, Time spent outdoors and also balancing that with spending time reading and recharging my battery.
