'Sugar Babies in a Scuffle' & 'Exes Switching Places'

from Judge Mathis Podcast · host Telepictures

First. The plaintiff and defendant bonded because they both had sugar daddies. They became roommates, but then he said the defendant accused him of pulling a knife on her. He says the defendant kicked him out of their house, so he’s suing for unreturned property and lost wages. The defendant argues she was forced to file a restraining order against the plaintiff. She denies owing him. Then, It’s a “Judge Mathis” throwback! The plaintiff and defendant met in prison, and they started dating. The defendant got out of prison several months before her, and the plaintiff moved in with her when she was released. The plaintiff claims the defendant ruined her clothes when she found out the plaintiff started dating someone else, so she’s suing. The defendant is countersuing for car damages because she claims the plaintiff wrecked the car when she borrowed it. Now, they’re back in court, but this time, the defendant from the last case is the plaintiff. They dated on and off for six years, but the plaintiff says her ex is verbally and physically abusive. She’s suing for stolen property and an electric bill. The defendant is countersuing for the cost of a trip.
