I wanted to type a longer title but I think that says it all. Join me today as I talk about my journey with wanting to commit suicide, the rising pandemic around suicide and mental health. The world is putting on a face of lies, hate, cover ups and ignorance, while this is nothing new, I did not start seeing any of this until I wanted to kill myself and was finally diagnosed with dyslexia and depression in my 50’s. When I was suicidal I had lost not just hope, I had lost meaning, connection and felt totally alone in a courtly that never talked about feelings or trauma. There was not one thing I did to find my way back, and that is what I want to share with people who are struggling with suicidal thoughts and mental health issues. Come on let’s talk candidly, no more hiding or half ass stories. Only the truth will set any of us free.
