Every 11 minutes, someone dies by suicide—and it’s now the second leading cause of death for students ages 10–19. Suicide is a desperate attempt to escape pain that feels unbearable, but God is not silent on this struggle. Even in Scripture, we see people crushed under the weight of life, yet met with God’s presence and hope. Suicide is not the way out. God Himself says, “I dwell in the high and holy place, and also with the one who is contrite and lowly in spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly and to revive the heart of the contrite” (Isaiah 57:15). Your pain is not permanent, and your story is not finished—God Himself steps in to revive your heart and breathe life into your future.
