'Suing to Get Child Support Back' & 'Loan Story Doesn’t Ring True' & 'Putting Mom in the Red'

from Judge Mathis Podcast · host Telepictures

First. The plaintiff says he was married to the defendant and they have two kids. After their divorce, he had their son for eight months, so he doesn’t feel his ex is entitled to child support for that time period. He’s suing for that money. The defendant says the plaintiff was physically and emotionally abusive, and he ended up going to jail. She denies owing anything. Then, The plaintiff says the defendant is her sister, but they didn’t speak for 20 years because the defendant was a cocaine-addicted prostitute. She got sober, but things went downhill when she began dating the co-defendant. The plaintiff is suing them for a loan, a ring, and emotional distress. The defendants claim the plaintiff is selfish, and they insist they never borrowed money for a ring. Plus, The plaintiff says the defendant is her son. She claims he overdrew his bank account when he was away at college, so the bank took several thousand from her account to cover it since she was a co-signer. He eventually got kicked out, and she’s suing to get her money back. The defendant says his mother has been an angel, and he admits to making mistakes but insists his friend caused the overdraft.
