Anfang 2020 hat das Bundesverfassungsgericht das Verbot der "geschäftsmäßigen Beihilfe zum Suizid" gekippt und ein umfassendes Grundrecht auf selbstbestimmtes Sterben betont. Während in Deutschland immer noch über eine gesetzliche Neuregelung debattiert wird hat nun der Deutsche Ethikrat Stellung bezogen. Ein Gespräch mit Thomas Pollmächer, Präsident der "Deutschen Gesellschaft für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie".
