In this episode, Drs. Ayres and Gupta discuss findings from the Interventional Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD) Consensus, namely those related to the use of modern interventional MGD treatments. Faculty review various palliative and prescription-based MGD treatment options and discuss how interventional MGD treatments differ from more conventional treatments and how patient education is important when incorporating interventional MGD treatments into a standard clinical practice.
